In keeping with our aim to deliver services as efficiently and promptly as possible, we have installed the Cuecall system. It is a complete automated Telephone Banking System available 24 hours @ day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Using this system, members can apply for a loan, listen to up-to-date details of their Share, Loan & Budget Account Balances.
How To Use This Service:
Dial 0818 247 365 . Follow the recorded message . Your Account Details are protected by your unique Telephone PIN (4 digit number) which you will be asked to enter.
Alternatively, any member can log onto our website and view your latest Account Details & Transactions from within the Member’s Area, as well as apply for a Loan Online. Simply enter your 6 digit Member Number and your Internet password.
