Resolved: Issue with payments to Ulster Bank

Please note that our payments provider had difficulty transferring money to Ulster Bank between 18th November 2019 and 25th November 2019 inclusive.

If you carried out a transfer to Ulster Bank from your St Raphael’s account during this time, it was not accepted and the funds remain in your account here.

We have been advised by our Payments Provider that the issue has now been resolved.

If you were affected by this issue and wish to do this transaction again, please contact a member of the team here.

Direct Debits from Ulster Bank were not impacted by this issue.

Transfers to other financial institutions were processed as normal.

We apologise for this inconvenience. This issue was outside our control and we are satisfied that the issue is now resolved.
