The prize draw is €6.50 per month and is taken from your share account.
No – we do not charge transaction fees.
In order to change your address with St Raphael’s we require a signed written instruction stating that you have moved from your previous address and are now residing in your new address (Please state the full address for each).
Along with the written instruction, we require up-to-date Proof of Address dated in the last 6-months stating your new address. Please note we will require the full A4 size document. Below is a list of approved documents for Proof of Address:
- Bank Statement
- Another Credit Union Statement (Not St Raphael’s)
- Household Utility Bill
- Phone Bill
- Car or Home Insurance
You can email in a scan of both documents (Instruction and Proof of Address) to equiries@straphaelscu.ie or alternatively post them into the office.
Statements
The annual dividend is applied to your account annually after the Annual General Meeting in January. The dividend (if any) is approved and lodged to your account within a couple of days
Statements are issued annually in October. To receive these statements, download the Banking App.
If you need a statement sooner, you can contact the office and we can generate a statement for you on request.
Complaints Procedure
Complete the attached complaints form and return it to us. We will investigate your complaint and attempt to resolve things as soon as possible.
