What is my INTERNET LOGIN ID?
Your login ID is your new 6 digit Member number.
What is my Internet password?
In order to get a password you would have had to fill out a customer security information form to obtain an Internet password. If you have not done this you can contact the office on 0818 247 365 and we will post out a form to you or you can download the form here and post, fax or e-mail it to the office.
What happens after I receive the Internet password in the post?
When you receive the Internet password you log in by using your new Member number in the log in box and the initial Internet password we have posted to you. When you enter in both you are then prompted to change it to your own personal Internet password please memorise as this will be your personal Internet password from then on when logging into your online account.
Please remember your password is case sensitive so if you enter it in upper case you must do so from then on and visa versa for lower case.
What happens after I log in successfully?
Every time you log in you log in by using your new 6 digit member number and your own personal Internet password you have changed it to.
What happens if I get blocked?
If you get blocked you will need to contact the office on 0818 247 365 and speak to one of our staff members.
Telephone Q-CALL Queries
How do I use the automated telephone service?
In order to use the automatic telephone service you will need to enter your new 6 digit Member number and your 4 digit Telephone PIN number. The service allows you to check your balances, apply for a withdrawal and apply for a loan through your account 24 hours a day.
Remember – all requests for withdrawals have to be signed so this service will prompt the credit union to post you out a form for signature, it is not until this form is received back in the post signed that the transaction will take place.
Where do I get my Telephone PIN number?
Your Telephone PIN number has been issued to all members of the credit union last year.
How do I obtain a new Telephone PIN number to use this service?
You can use the Telephone PIN Request Form on this website or ring the office on 0818 247 365 and a staff member can re-issue another one to you.
Statement Queries
When is the dividend applied to my account?
The annual dividend is applied to your account annually after the Annual General Meeting in January. The dividend (if any) is approved and lodged to your account within a couple of days.
How much is the Car Draw?
The car draw is €6.50 @month and is taken from your share account. You will be entered into ALL our draws and any other draws that take place within St Raphael’s e.g. concert tickets/ match tickets etc.
How often does my statement get posted to me?
Statements are sent annually at the end of the financial year to you, but if you need a statement you can contact the office and we can print and post one to you on request.
What is the withdrawal of 0.95c from my account?
The withdrawal of 0.95c is made my every member of the credit union. It is an Affiliation Fee paid to the Irish League of Credit Unions.
