Please be advised that your name will be sent to Dublin Zoo for admission on the day.

You are advised that this is a public event and that photographs will be taken on the day for use on the credit union website, annual report and social media pages. If you object to the use of photographs of you and members of your family, you should notify a member of staff on the day. 

Family Fun Day Details

  • Family Day takes place between 10am-3pm (last entry 1pm).
  • This is a guestlist only event – when your name is on the guestlist it is ENTRY ONLY to Dublin Zoo.
  • Each member on the guestlist will be provided with a voucher for 1 meal & 1 drink once you have checked in at Haughton House.
  • Limited amount of availability (750 capacity for both adults and children).
  • Due to high demand, all attendees (including children) must be members of St. Raphael’s.
  • Please be advised that your name will be sent to Dublin Zoo for admission on the day. 

Upon arrival to Dublin Zoo please head to Haughton House to check in and receive your voucher. 

Parking

There is no designated car parking for Dublin Zoo, however The Lord’s Walk car park is located beside Dublin Zoo and has a capacity for approximately 260 cars. The Cricket Grounds car park is located opposite the Zoo and has a capacity for approximately 120 cars. Both car parks open daily. Parking is available on a first-come-first served basis. 

Please be aware of the North Road pilot one-way scheme. 

 

Rail & Luas: 

The closest train station to Dublin Zoo is Heuston Station, which is a 20 minute walk. 

Dublin Bus: 

Dublin Bus is the easiest. Please double-check bus timetables before you depart as each line does not run all day. 

  • Route 99 runs between Parkgate Street and The Phoenix Park Visitor Centre.
  • Other Bus Routes: 26, 68, 69, 46A, C5 & C6
