Visiting Our Offices

The announcement from the Taoiseach on Friday 27th March confirmed that credit unions are considered ‘essential services’ during this crisis.

With that in mind, we are keen to make sure that every member who needs to access the services of St Raphael’s can do so.

You are already aware that most of the team at St Raphael’s are working remotely in a secure environment and full services are available.  Our telephone line opening hours are open from 9am to 5.00pm every day and from 9.30 to 12.30pm on Saturdays. Our premises are also open for emergencies on a daily basis from 10am to 12pm. If you need to call to the offices, please phone in advance to make an appointment. That way, we can ensure that the environment is safe for you and for our staff.

I am also conscious of the cocooning measures that were announced, where older people are asked to stay safe by staying at home and I would urge any member to reach out if they need any help from the Credit Union. We will arrange to call to any member’s home should they need urgent help with credit union matters, while still maintaining the physical distance guidelines. Whatever it is, please reach out and call us at 0818 247 365.  Remember, the credit union is here to help you in any way we can.

Best wishes to you all and stay well.
